Order Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Triquetrus Essentials Pvt. Ltd. OR www.fyreenergy.com does not entertain cancellation, refund or returns after the order is successfully placed on the portal. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term. 

Requests will ONLY BE CONSIDERED in the following case
  • Shipping:
    Triquetrus Essentials Pvt. Ltd. OR www.fyreenergy.com will ship the ordered products to the stated shipping address within 2-3 business days from receiving the order. We will automatically inform you on the same.
  • Applicable for Refund: 
    If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if Triquetrus Essentials Pvt. Ltd. OR www.fyreenergy.com fails to ship the ordered products. The amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded in the customers mode of payment. NO Refund will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his/her expectations.
  • Applicable for cancellation and refund:
    If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. We will automatically inform you on the same. The amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded in the customers mode of payment.
  • Applicable for replacement:
    In case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. In case of such cases, the buyer needs inform Triquetrus Essentials Pvt. Ltd. OR www.fyreenergy.com via an email to consumer.care@triquetrus.com within 2 days of receiving the products at his/her shipping address and mention the Order id/no. with pictures of the damaged or expired products. Triquetrus Essentials Pvt. Ltd. OR www.fyreenergy.com will ship the replacement products within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of the email with order id/no and due supporting pictures.
  • Further, NO refunds will be given in the following cases: 
    • Refusal to accept products
    • Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself/herself
    • Force majeure event
    • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
  • Returns:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges.
